The details of the services offered, including menu options and event customization, will be detailed in the customized catering agreement established between ForeeDaig.Com.Pk and the client.
- Ordering and Payment: To place an order, clients can conveniently visit our user-friendly website, foreedaig.com.pk, or use our mobile application, or contact our dedicated customer service team.
For the orders, we accept payment through various channels, including cash on delivery, secure online bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, or mobile wallet services (easypaisa, jazzcash, etc).
- Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their catering order by providing notice at least 36 hours before the scheduled delivery time. In case of an event, notice should be provided at least 3 days before the scheduled event.
Cancellations made after the specified time frame may result in the penalization of the entire payment.
- Refund/Return Policy: ForeeDaig.Com.Pk does not provide refunds for its services. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered final.
In exceptional cases, such as failure to deliver the agreed-upon services, ForeeDaig.Com.Pk may, at its discretion, offer alternative solutions or compensation. Any such considerations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Menu Customization: Clients can customize their menus to suit their unique preferences and requirements.
Any additional costs associated with menu changes will be communicated to the client, and mutual agreement on these adjustments will be sought before implementation.
